Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by  BARTOLINI couriers.

Orders may be delayed in shipment and delivery during the sales period and in the event of holidays: 1 January, 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, 25 December, 26 December. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to alter shipping and delivery times.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from the courier with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment. In the event of delays due to health emergencies, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or Jeffrey Campbell.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order has been shipped, which will include the tracking number so you can check the shipping status of your order.

SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order includes several items, they may be shipped separately and at different times. This way we can deliver your purchases as efficiently as possible, items shipped from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know when your order has been shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when all or part of your order has been dispatched. The email will include the courier's tracking number.

ORDER DELIVERY

We process, ship and deliver parcels from Monday to Friday. We do not currently offer shipping or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Most items are available for shipment in 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for it. Packages are carefully wrapped in plastic wrap with Jeffrey Campbell tape placed around the package. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation, or refuse delivery. If the parcel is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges shall be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
