ORDERS
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email in your email inbox. If for some reason this does not happen, please check your junk mail/deleted mail folder first before contacting our customer service.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We generally process orders within 1 hour of receipt. If our warehouse has already processed the order, we will no longer be able to make any changes.
Upon receipt of your order, we will endeavor to dispatch it as quickly as possible. If you decide you would like to change it, please contact our customer service team immediately and they will try to accommodate you where possible.
Orders are shipped, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm via BRT or DHL courier. From the moment the order is dispatched, the courier will take 2 to 3 working days for delivery.
You can view the status of your order in real time via the tracking number sent at the time of dispatch.
It is possible to purchase by pre-order items that are scheduled to arrive in the following months. The date of availability of the goods is indicated in the product data sheet at the time of purchase.
In case of payment by Credit Card or Paypal, the amount will be charged on the same day of the order.
Items purchased by pre-order will be dispatched as soon as they are available.
We accept no liability for changes to the delivery date. In the event that the pre-sale order is later found to be unfillable, the amount paid will be credited back to the original transaction.
If we are unable to process your order, you will be notified by email and your card will not be charged.
Some of the articles on our website sell out very quickly, however, you can be kept up-to-date on the restocking of the article by selecting the relevant size within the product sheet and, by clicking on the ‘ALERT ME WHEN AVAILABLE’ button, you can enter your email. If an item is in stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible.
Yes. If there are differences between the prices in the online shop and those in our shops, the amount to be taken into account is the amount on the receipt.
You can click on the search bar in the top right corner of each page and type in the desired item. You can use the search by name or style category (e.g. 'Heels') and all styles in that category will be displayed.

Yes, you can request an invoice at the time of purchase.
Please provide us with the following invoice data by email:
- First name and Surname - or Name if company
- Residence or Fiscal domicile - Postal code - City
- Tax code and VAT number
- Univocal Code or Intermediary Code
The invoice requested will be associated with the name of the person or company making the purchase. The invoice issued will have the rate applicable to the goods ordered.

RETURN POLICY

Shipping and processing of returns may take up to 14 days. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the return is received and processed. Any refunds will be made using the original payment method, so please ensure to check that method.
We do not do exchanges as our products are in high demand and we cannot guarantee that the item requested for the exchange will be available. We therefore suggest that you return the wrong item, which will be refunded as soon as we receive the goods, and make a new purchase at any time, in the size and/or color you want.
Jeffrey Campbell staff constantly check the conformity of the article before it is included in the sale. If in an exceptional case you should receive a defective or damaged item, please notify our customer service immediately by email to [email protected] attaching one or more photos of the defect and specifying the order number. Our customer service will help you and assist you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the price difference for orders that have already been processed.
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account initially by contacting your bank if necessary. Please keep in mind that refunds may take some time before they are official. If you still do not receive a refund for your return, please contact our customer service team who will do their best to help you!

The credit card may be refused for one of the following reasons:
The card may have expired. Check that the expiry date of the credit card is valid.

The payment status will be communicated to you by Klarna through email notifications and push notifications from the Klarna app. You will receive a notification when a payment is due and when it has been successfully collected. In the unlikely event that a payment fails, Klarna will also notify you. If you have made a payment but haven't received a confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by using the Klarna app or accessing the website www.klarna.com/uk.
Once we have received the return (partial or total) and you have received confirmation of receipt, Klarna will send you a statement with an updated payment plan in the case of a partial return. With a full return of goods, we will refund all payments received and cancel all future scheduled payments. You will always be able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
In the event that the goods have not yet been received, please email us at [email protected] to check the status of your order and its delivery. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so that we can postpone the payment due date or put your order on hold in the Klarna app pending delivery.
As soon as the shop has registered the cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
